Preparing your order

We prepare and dispatch your orders within 3 to 7 business days of your payment being confirmed.

Delivery times

After that, allow 2 to 5 business days on average for transit, so roughly 5 to 12 business days in total between your order and its arrival.

Circumstances beyond our control — public holidays, weather, carrier delays — can extend this. We therefore cannot guarantee an exact delivery date: transit is the carrier's responsibility.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically from your delivery address and the weight of your order, and are shown before you confirm payment. Delivery is free on orders over €50.

International orders (outside the European Union)

⚠️ Important: for orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply when your parcel arrives.

These charges are payable by the recipient and are not included in the order price. The amount varies with the destination country and the value of the order.

We recommend checking with your country's customs authorities before placing an order.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, together with the tracking number when one is available.
