These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made through the website www.k-lina-shop.com, operated by K-Lina Shop, located in France, and hosted by Shopify. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
All products offered on K-Lina Shop are described as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or display limitations.

3. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. K-Lina Shop reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders
To place an order, customers must be at least 18 years old. Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received. K-Lina Shop reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment issues or suspected fraud.

5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and accepted methods include major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

6. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. K-Lina Shop is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

7. Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition. Refunds are issued once the items are received and inspected.

8. Liability
K-Lina Shop shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of its products.
